Happy Tuesday!

I hope you are all getting some work done this week, whether it be at a work-office or a home-office. I would love to know how many of you (lucky ones) actually get to work from home. Tell us all about your work-from-home experience, is it what you expected in terms of work hours and how do you manage not to be on (eternal) break all the time?

Give us the scoop here after admiring all these awesome and diverse items from Zahoomi!

  1. I work full time 32 hours at a group home and whatever I have left goes into my home business.

  2. Thanks for adding my Little Green Guy painting!

I work 24 hours a day... as a mom ;). I stay home with my two young children and also run www.littlegreenguy.com
I set a schedule for my work time so that it doesn't interfere with the kids. In working from home you spend SO MUCH more time then you would think! Not in creating but marketing and trying to get yourself out there... Although I wouldn't trade it for the world!

  3. I work from home as well. I must say the work load is way more than I had ever anticipated. Getting your name and product out there on the web is almost a full time job. Not to mention you need to be creating things to actually sell. Plus if your like me I try to make all my own business cards, tags, etc... To save on cost. I have a hard time divided between work and family life as I tend to be a workaholic :P

  4. I've found a challenge I didn't expect from working at home. Working reasonable hours. If I hand myself over to my inclinations, I would work 12-14hrs a day, 7 days a week, and have. Other areas suffered, my back and neck suffered, my family missed me. Now, I don't turn on the computer or sit down at my desk until I've had my morning meditation time. I peel myself away from the desk at about 5pm and give myself at least 1 day off a week. This is working much better and I actually feel MORE productive now! Life always seems to be about finding balance, I've realized this area is no different :)
